Return and Exchange Policy for Local Orders:

1. Customers can make a claim for returns and exchanges within 48 hours of purchase with a valid receipt in store. 

1. Our team will inspect the item and if it's eligible for return or exchange, customer will receive a notification from the team to visit the store for an exchange and refund policy.
2. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging included.
3. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment at the store. For card payment it can take up to 5-7 business days, and exchanges will be made for items of equal value.

Return and Exchange Policy for International Orders:

1. Returns and exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order, email us at orders@samastore.qa with order number details to start a return or exchange.
2. Attach the return label to the item in its original packaging, Items must be new and unused with all original tags and packaging. 
3. Exchanges dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the item.
4. Refunds take 10-14 days to appear in your bank statement, subject to your bank.
5. Customer responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees unless the item was defective or received in error.
